And a nice thunderstorm came through this afternoon to put the new gutters through their paces. I wasn't home, I was out.
This is an abandoned military installation - part of Fort Snelling. Aaron told me about it around a month ago and I've been meaning to get out here. I was in the neighborhood when I saw this 'etch-a-sketch' sky and thought the boarded up buildings would give it an eerie feeling.
*although I haven't chosen these as the photos of the day, I've been thinking a lot about the 35W bridge on this, the four year anniversary. I've got a couple photos up. Here's one and here too.
