I'm training for a duathlon.  I'm following a training program and am 85% sure that I'll sign up and race.  I got the running part down; I can run two 5Ks.  It's the 15 mile bike ride between the runs that I'm concerned about.  Today I took the bike out for 45 minutes and got in 8.75 miles.  I know nothing about bike racing so I have no clue if that is a good pace, but it felt good.  When I got home, I headed back out and ran 15 minutes.  Running feels painfully slow after biking.
