Post run


Sometimes, in the middle of a run, I hate running.  Every time, after a run, I love running.  When it's hard, I get better - I try and tell myself that when I feel awful and am cursing every step.  Some days it's hard get out the door, but I've never regretted going for a run.  Even on the hard days I'm glad I tried.

Remember the other day when I said I was training for the Duathlon?  Well, I think I've decided to focus on improving my time for the TC 10 mile in October instead.  I haven't spent enough time on the bike this summer to feel comfortable racing on it.
