This is my "I can't believe I survived that drive - it was the hardest drive I've ever done - where's the beer - I need one now" face. I decided that it would be a great idea to drive into Yellowstone from the Beartooth Highway. I read about it in my book and the author said it was one of the best drives in the country. Why not? I was driving from western ND through Montana to Yellowstone, I might as well.
Well. It was the windiest, steepest most stressful drive I have ever taken. Good thing the weather was perfect. I couldn't imagine driving it if it were windy or rainy, ugh. I'm glad I did it. It was beautiful. I don't think I need to drive it again.
